At Brenda & Co., we are committed to delivering quality and craftsmanship in every pair. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges under the conditions below.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
• Unworn and in original condition
• Returned in the original packaging, including dust bags and box
• Free of any visible wear, scuffs, or damage
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for a different size or color within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability. Exchanges are encouraged to ensure the best fit and experience with your Brenda & Co. shoes.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Brenda & Co. is not responsible for lost return packages.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello@brendaco.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Final Sale Items
Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
